Emil has been dancing salsa for over a decade.
Since 2007 he has taught and performed at various events including
Yorkshire Salsa Congress,
Mambo City 5* Congress,
Scottish Salsa Congress,
Motion City and
Salsa Central Weekender.

In 2011 he started his own 3 hour workshops in Birmingham as well as taking it on tour to other cities in England. In 2014 he also went on to set up and run (in partnership) an independent monthly salsa night. In 2016 he joined Latin Brothers UK and has been teaching and performing with Edwin Rodriguez (Mexico) since. Emil excels as one of the most natural dancers on the circuit. His dancing as a lead is simply amazing and if you have never seen him dance as a follower, I can tell you he is absolutely outstanding! Emil doesn’t believe in boundaries, he believes expression should be fluid. Emil therefore also specialises in ladies’ styling, attitude and heels classes!
